Assistance with unscheduled needs, night or day, is integral to our quality care commitment. Our emergency response system and staff are available around the clock for immediate assistance. Our residents take comfort in knowing that help is always close at hand, and that their personal care needs will be handled by a staff who understand the challenges of aging.
As part of our commitment to maintaining quality care, our Staff receive ongoing education as new equipment and the residents needs arise. Additionally, staff attend a full day inservice annually. This off site event includes presenters from the healthcare community who cover a wide variety of current healthcare issues, as well, as a review of back to basics resident care.
